Haryana wants the central government to foot a bill of Rs.347 crore as the state makes security arrangements in the national capital region (NCR) for the Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2010 to be held in New Delhi in October.

According to a PIB release, the task force, constituted to monitor the augmentation of hotel accommodation in the National Capital Region (NCR), has found that out of the total 10,540 rooms targeted in the definite category, only 7,307 rooms have been completed so far for Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2010.
